
I know how hard encouraging healthy eating habits can be when your child won’t touch anything green. While raising my own four children, I’ve picked up tricks and recipes to make most anything palatable for even the pickiest eaters – eventually. I feel the best way to encourage experimentation is by introducing them to the kitchen. With an active role in meal preparation there is a sense of pride and willingness to taste what they’ve had a hand in putting on the table. Spending time as a family in the heart of the home is pretty nice, too.
